1.Material selection and laser cutting process：

We use SUS 304 and precision laser cutting.

Selected SUS 304 raw material → inspect sink laser drawing → laser cut to exact sink model patterns .

2.Precision bending and laser welding

We form with CNC and weld with laser welding machine.

CNC bends to exact angles; skilled laser welding creates strong, neat seams.

3.Edge finishing and multiple polishing

We round edges and polish in stages.

Smooth edges for safety; staged polishing yields satin finishes.

4.Surface treatment and final inspection

We can apply protective coatings and do quality test each sink.

PVD nano color as client required; QC do waterproof, dimension, and surface inspections ensure quality.
