Material Traceability & Gauge Control
SUS304 / SUS316 raw material with traceable heat number. Verified by spectrometer and micrometer. Positive-tolerance sheet of 0.6–1.5mm, with material test reports supplied per batch.
Weld Integrity & Leakage Resistance
Hand welds are finely polished and inspected through 3-stage QC to detect pinholes and porosity. Finished sinks are sampled for water leak testing. Drain hole edges are fully deburred to avoid gasket damage and ensure stable sealing.
Double-Lock Color Consistency
Double-Lock Color Matching: visual comparison under standard light sources + spectrophotometer Lab* data verification. Process parameters lock only when both methods align. Batch samples kept for traceable records.
PVD Coating Durability
PVD finish tested with 200h neutral salt spray & 72h acid salt spray. Batch sampling recheck during mass production. 5-year written warranty for coating performance.
Rim Flatness & Countertop Fit
Diagonal deviation ≤0.8mm. 100% checked on granite plate with feeler gauge, to achieve tight fit against countertop and reduce dirt accumulation.
