Since establishing the artisan brand with our Korean partners in 2020, we have remained committed to innovative design and stable product quality as our core principles. Within just five years, artisan has carved out a unique presence in the Korean bathroom industry, earning strong market recognition with differentiated brand positioning and continuous expansion. Development History
2016 — R&D and Prototype Base Established
We built a dedicated prototype manufacturing base for Midea Group, creating a customized R&D center integrating rapid prototyping, precision machining, and full-process verification. This allowed us to efficiently support prototype development, structural validation, and design iteration for major home appliance projects.
2018 — Stainless Steel Handmade Sink Factory Founded
As our technology matured, we invested in specialized machinery and officially established a full-scale stainless steel handmade sink production facility.
2020 — artisan Brand Launched in Korea
After two years of continuous refinement, our products gained stable market recognition. In the same year, we officially launched our own brand artisan in South Korea.
2021 — Major International Certifications Achieved
We began cooperating with European retailer Leroy Merlin, successfully passing its factory audit with a 90-point A-level rating. That same year, we also passed the factory inspection of U.S. retailer Lowe’s, further validating our product quality and manufacturing strength.
2020–2024 — Ongoing Innovation and New Product Releases
We uphold a strong commitment to innovation. Our design team launches at least three new products every year, including unique embossed finishes, welded cup designs, and other creative styles. These products were highly acclaimed upon entering the Korean market, meeting the diverse needs of consumers.
2025 — New Factory & Global Capacity Expansion
With years of accumulated expertise and expanded capacity, our products earned strong global recognition. To support increasing demand from Japan, New Zealand, Europe, the United States, and Australia, we opened a new factory to enhance production efficiency, quality control, and international order fulfillment.
Strong Technical Team
Our core technical team brings 25 years of mold development experience, specializing in deep-drawing molds and sheet-metal forming. The team has led the development of more than 100 complex hardware molds for dishwashers, including deep-drawing and multi-slider composite structures.
Key achievements include:
- Participation in major dishwasher mold R&D projects for Vanward and Midea.
- Solving technical bottlenecks such as cracking of 0.8 mm stainless steel during deep drawing and springback control for ultra-thin metal components.
